Active database: 2 years after the last interaction or decision relating to the application (e.g. interview). At the end of this period, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the candidate has given their explicit consent for longer retention.
Final outcome: Deletion.

Active basis: 2 years after the last interaction or decision relating to the application (e.g., interview). At the end of this period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the candidate has given their explicit consent for longer storage.
