Designers' days alternate between creation and collaboration. The design work is enriched by regular exchanges with the product and development teams. Mornings are often devoted to pure design work, while afternoons include feedback sessions and collaborative design workshops. This organisation allows us to iterate quickly on designs while maintaining overall consistency across our various products.
