Developing at Brakson
Development is organised in two-week cycles, allowing us to adapt our solutions to user needs. The days combine focused development time with essential moments of exchange. Mornings start with a team meeting, followed by development sessions punctuated by peer code reviews. Afternoons often include discussions with the product and design teams to refine technical solutions. Every Friday afternoon, the team devotes time to Focus Tech, a session dedicated to technical exploration and improving practices, allowing us to refine our tools and methods.

The development team translates product specifications into technical features. This involves designing robust architectures, writing maintainable code, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality. Developers also contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and working methods, while ensuring the stability of applications in production.
Towards new challenges
The experience gained at Brakson opens up several avenues for development. Technical specialisation allows you to become a reference on topics such as performance or system architecture, supporting teams in their technical choices. Technical leadership offers the opportunity to guide a team as a lead developer, combining technical expertise and team support.
