We started 2026 with incredible energy at our annual Kickstart event. This is a highlight for the Brakson Group: an opportunity to get together, inspire each other, and align our ambitions for the first quarter and the months ahead.
A day of exchange and inspiration
To start the day, wewere delighted to welcome Jérôme Brisebourg, an adventurer in extremeenvironments. He shared his experience of managing uncertainty, a powerfulsource of inspiration that instilled audacity and peace of mind in us for thechallenges ahead. In addition to the conference, the day was punctuated bymoments of collective sharing:
- 2025 review: A look back at our achievements, successes, and key lessons from the past year.
- 2026 objectives: Presentation of our strategic priorities for the first quarter so that everyone has a clear vision of the course to follow.
- Collaborative workshop: a highlight where all employees rallied around one of our next major objectives.
A setting that reflects who we are in Strasbourg
The choice of the Kaleidoscoop in Strasbourg as our venue was an obvious one: meeting in this cross-border third place, dedicated to social innovation and the circular economy, directly resonates with our mission and our commitments to sustainable mobility. It was the ideal setting to fuel our collective thinking. The day helped strengthen the ties between our different entities and share a common vision for the months ahead. We left with clear priorities and an aligned organisation to tackle the challenges of 2026 with determination!
