Brakson Group teams gather for their first seminar

Getting together outside the office

‍Two days outside the office, filled with in-depth discussions, team challenges, and moments of camaraderie: a look back at the first seminar that brought the group's employees together in the heart of nature. For the first time since the group was founded, the Chargemap, Saabre, and Mister EV teams gathered in the Vosges mountains. The goal? To take the time to get to know each other better, beyond video calls and exchanges on Slack, in a context of rapid growth where teams are expanding.

Between reflection and team spirit

‍The morning was devoted to in-depth discussions: our values, what they mean in concrete terms in our daily work, and how to embody them externally. These exchanges gave rise to concrete ideas for strengthening synergies between our different entities.

The afternoon was devoted to games, with three challenges that pushed everyone out of their comfort zone: building a Tower of Babel together (more complicated than it looks), hurtling down the slopes on summer sleds for an adrenaline rush, and competing in an archery tag tournament that revealed unexpected archery talents. In the evening, over a buffet that was unanimously appreciated, the teams challenged each other in a live blind test. Between classics and musical discoveries, laughter and good humour punctuated the evening, in an atmosphere that was both competitive and festive.

To conclude these two days, there was nothing better than a hike in the Vosges mountains. It was an opportunity to breathe, to interact in a different way, and to share one last moment before heading back to Strasbourg.

Stronger bonds

These moments outside the workplace allowed us to put faces to names, discover colleagues in a new light, and forge strong bonds between teams. A successful first edition...which already calls for more.
