First AI event at Brakson

Experimenting to move forward

‍Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, and at Brakson, we have chosen to actively explore it to make it a real lever for innovation. But our approach goes further: we want every employee to be able to embrace these technologies, understand their uses, and integrate them into their daily work. With this in mind, on 14 November, we organised an internal event dedicated to sharing experiences with AI. The goal? To discover, exchange, and learn together in order to advance our practices. Our employees presented concrete projects that demonstrate the potential of AI in various fields: content generation, optimisation of internal processes, and technical innovations such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning. One project in particular made a lasting impression: "Appy", a chatbot developed by Aymeric, lead developer at Saabre. His pragmatic approach and direct impact won over the audience and earned him the award for best pitch of the evening. This recognition perfectly illustrates our philosophy: to value initiatives that provide concrete solutions accessible to all.

A collective dynamic for AI that serves everyone‍

At Brakson, we firmly believe that AI should not remain the preserve of a few experts. We want everyone to be able to embrace it, experiment with it, and master it. That's why we are gradually integrating AI into our products and processes, with an approach that focuses as much on technology as it does on people. We see AI as a tool that amplifies our capabilities, facilitates our work, and allows us to focus on tasks with high eradded value. And because knowledge sharing is at the heart of our DNA, we encourage exchange and collaboration so that everyone can develop their skills and contribute to this dynamic.

The enthusiasm generated by this event reinforces our approach. New sharing sessions are already planned for 2025 to continue experimenting, learning, and evolving together.
